What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector formats like AI, SVG, PDF, and DXF for optimal results. JPG or PNG files will require consultation and may need conversion to suitable formats for laser cutting or engraving.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Standard projects are typically completed within 3-5 business days. Larger or complex projects will have quoted delivery times during consultation. Rush orders may be available upon request.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, we provide full design services to help bring your ideas to life. Our team can create custom designs or modify existing ones — no file needed to get started.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity. We are happy to work on single pieces or large batch orders.
What materials can you cut and engrave?
Standard materials include wood, acrylic, paper and composites. Metal, leather and glass are available by special request. See our Materials section for the full list.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup is available from our Coburg, VIC workshop during business hours (11am–3pm, Mon–Fri). Delivery across Melbourne and Australia can be arranged — just ask when requesting your quote.
Can you handle bulk and corporate orders?
Yes. We produce batch and corporate runs including branded merchandise, signage, business cards, awards and event giveaways. Request a bulk quote for volume pricing.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders are available on request, subject to machine scheduling. Mention your deadline when requesting a quote and we will confirm what is possible.
